Pre-Conference Workshops Handouts & Other Information

Workshop Handouts:

IAFS 2017 is striving to be paper conscious & environmentally sustainable, as such, we have decided not to provide any printed materials for the Workshops.

If you would like to distribute a handout, please upload your files to our Dropbox here no later than August 102017:

  • Please name your file accordingly, “Workshop Number & Title of Workshop”.  Ie. WS05 Explosives & Dangerous Materials
  • All Workshop files will be made available on our website and the delegates may choose to download and/or print their own copies.
  • Note that some government servers prevent the opening/accessing of the Dropbox Link
  • If you are unable to access the Dropbox Link, please e-mail your handout to the Program Manager, Annie Wong, iafs2017-speakers@icsevents.com

Disclosure Information & Forms:

As the IAFS Pre-Conference Workshops are accredited, all Workshop Speakers & Presenters must fill out the University of Toronto’s Disclosure Form.  Even if you have nothing to disclose, all Presenters must still fill the form out, sign it an submit it back to the Conference Organizers.

How To Submit Your Disclosure Form:

      • Note that some government servers prevent the opening/accessing of the Dropbox Link


Each presenter must submit 1 Disclosure Form PER Workshop Presented.
For example:
 If you are presenting in 2 Workshops, you must submit 2 Disclosure Forms

Reimbursement Information & Forms:

IAFS 2017 will reimburse the Workshop Organizers for limited material costs.  Please note the following for the reimbursements:

  • All reimbursement requests MUST be received no later than August 30, 2017
  • The amount to be reimbursed will need to be reviewed and approved by the IAFS organizers before reimbursements are made.  You may receive full, partial or no reimbursements.

Parking & Public Transportation Information:

Please download the document below for the Parking Directions and Public Transportation Instructions.  Note that there is no complimentary parking provided.  There will be a free shuttle bus leaving from the Sheraton Toronto Centre Hotel on each Workshop morning to the FSCC and then back to the hotel at the end of the Afternoon Workshops.
